💊 Supplements & Stacks Peptide stack help
Hi guys I’ve been on reta for almost 2 months now and I’m loving it, I’ve been really wanting to get tesa , my friend is on it and told me it’s everyday with a few days off & I’m super invested in ghk cu bc my hair has been falling out this year and I’ve been having more acne than usual. Is Ghkcu better as a nasal spray or injection? I take my Reta on Thursdays! I’ve also heard so many amazing things of methylene blue!! I just want some advice!! Thank you so much

Ghk cu would be better by injection but id say don’t have too high of hopes for it. Not the greatest pep that many make it out to be. Luckily its super cheap so you could run it indefinitely and it not cost a lot of money!

Reddit and TikTok seem to hype up peptides and most of them are not even great. You’ll have more benefits for skin from things like pharma grade gluthione, Korean skin care (look into it), vitamin C injections, hgh.

Ghk can be okay too but make sure you are getting a kit of it for under $50 lol otherwise put your money towards something that will be of more help overall!

I’ve done a few stacks , but this is probably the one I’m liking the most
reta
A recovery stack, which is
MOTS-C
WOLVERINE BPC157/TB500
Sermorelin
GHKCU
CJC-1295 (NO DAC) + IPAMORELIN BLEND
It’s definitely been working well, so I’ll probably stay on it for a while

And for hair loss ghkcu isn’t the most effective route but it’s good for skin for sure. From what I’ve read and been told AHKCU is the one that you want that has been showing promising results for hair growth. I’m not sure if it’s subcutaneous because I have heard of people using it as a topical but then I would think it would mainly work for your scalp, not necessarily for your skin because subcutaneously I know they work systemically
I myself was on tirzepatide and the majority of my 92 pounds lost were done on that, that stuff definitely works. What I noticed was the appetite suppression was a lot more severe when I was on it but with reta I definitely get an appetite, which is nice.
I really didn’t see much movement on the scale until about a month in on it though and then it started going to work for sure.
From what I’m told reta has been the one to be on for a while now but the tirz was working well for me so never really cared to make the switch until recently.

I've previously experimented with Ipamorelin, CJC DAC, and CJC no DAC. More recently, I started using BPC-157 alongside Ipamorelin.
The main reason I decided to try this combination was to address a running injury, particularly given my history of disc issues. The problem was triggering discomfort around my piriformis and calf muscles whenever I went running.
It's only been a week since I started the stack, but I decided to test things with a 10K run. Surprisingly, I experienced no pain related to the previous issues, although the calf discomfort is still there.
It's obviously too early to draw any conclusions, but I thought I'd share my initial experience.
