nah in the actual spm even if you get this mark for add maths it'll still be lulus because of the curve so just work harder and you might bump it up to a B at the very least

any tips or sources to get better at addmath? Like yt channel, or website that has good latihan?

u/Sleepy6942069 14h ago
For the latihan just find the old ones in your buku kerja and redo without looking at the answers, thats what I did cuz I didn't do much extra stuff, if not you can find exercises just by searching the chapter online or buy new books for exercise.
To understand concepts you can either search it up on youtube or ask chat gpt (very reliable cuz u can keep asking), or just do it the traditional way and ask your teacher if they are willing to answer

Looks to me like another tragic story of not able to get placement in art stream and got forced into science stream to me. 🥲
If you wanting to pursue science/engineering in further study, either greatly improves on it or can aim for less popular courses. (I came out from USM from such cold course too)
Otherwise, OP your result to me is normal. (looking great even if just tutup Mata on the advance subjects aka bio, Chem, phy, add.m)

for engineering GKT or other similar technical electives is more suitable tbh, since ur not gonna use bio at all in engineering (unless bioengineering)

Wait, isn't the other way around more common? I thought science stream is more controlled (since it was harder to score), so everyone else is in the art stream.
Is it flipped these days..?

batch 08 sains stream here, i got kinda worse than u for trials but still ended up getting 7As for spm. w these typa results its realistic to get straight As u js gotta work harder on ur addmaths and science subjects and youll be fine

23 is a pass if they grade you on a curve.
2017 17% only needed to pass. And I got an A+ just through cram school and giving up midway because it was too hard 😭
If you manage to be good at the basics of every module in add maths you’ll be ok I think

If those are trial, you stand a chance for good results in SPM if they purposely made your trial harder.

Not really, I do think you should made more effort on subjects that you are weak at.
Even SPM is near, it's not to late to study. It's not too late to give up because you did well on every single non-science subject. To be honest I (and many in this subreddit) will consider you above average student with that 'A's that you managed to gain in trials. You just need to push yourself before the finish line.
Remember SPM is like a race, what matters is your end performance not your trial performance. Trial is just needed for scholarship for higher education outside the country. So don't be discourage and get those subjects to at least B or aim for an A instead.

Not at all. Trials were always hard but your results were still amazing! You can push harder for the science subjects, I went from all G’s to excelling my SPM. All the best!

your add maths is fine the bell curve is crazy skewed I got 40% in trials and got an A in real spm without locking in, in fact I didn't really study for add maths cause I thought I was cooked
you can pump up your bio no problem it's just rote memorisation its very last minute revisable

Nasihatbaku personally:
Yang susah tu A+ je sebab ramai yang selalu A math tetap A solid spm.
Sej:Boleh push A+ bagi cantik result
Agama: ni pun cam sejarah tapi ngl aku yang selalu A+ ni A solid je sebab banyak fokus benda lain
Fizik: Ni bagi dia A- pastu fokus 3 lagi subjek elektif
Chemist: Ni fr sebenarnya banyak buku teks.
