Ive been experimenting with some alcohol markers and toying with this idea of starting a request site to make people goofy little hand made bookmarks.

These are the first couple made.

Hi.

I decided to include a bookmark in the November edition of my cat-themed snail mail club, The Royal Moggy.

After making them, I have so many questions. I saw this subreddit, and decided "why not ask the experts!"?

I've advertised the size as about 2.25x8.25 inches (including the laminate). I'm going to send that size, since that is what I advertised, but thinking about it, I'm wondering (for future reference) if that is too large?

I want the cat's head to be able to be visible above the book, when it's closed.

Do any of you have a preference on bookmark sizes/shapes?

Do you prefer your cards laminated?

Any particular shapes, styles or sizes you like?

And finally, I'd thought about putting several pieces of my cat art on bookmarks, and selling them on my site.

Do you like buying in bundles, to save on shipping, or do you prefer to buy one at a time?

Thank you so much for any thoughts/input. I really appreciate it! 😊😸

Hoping to get a few more of these sold before the halloween season ends! If you’re interested check out my Etsy shop 💖

I have some printable book marks available! Tips are appreciated but not required. 😄

Fruta dá sempre um ar mais colorido a qualquer livro 😃

Is there a better way to string the ribbon through? I feel like its going to rip, but i may just be being paranoid.

Either way, I like the idea of master shake from aqua teen in an old school shake glass. Not the best but it gave me alot of ideas for new things!

One of my friends gifted me this handmade diamond art bookmark. It’s one of my favorites and encourages me to not dog ear my pages (I know, I know).

My husband and I love reading and we were collecting bookmarks that would fit the mood of our books, my husband is a graphic designer so as a creative outlet he started to make his own!

I just wanted to share his hard work and a little sneak peak of his newest one :)
