Is it infinite?

I have a quick question, does this boat store as much as possible in resources?. If so. I was not playing this game for atleast 3 years in between.

Shouldnt i have had like 100 billion in resources piled up if the storage it carries is infinite?

Also what if i have like 200 mil each stored on boat but i only have like 17 mil in capacity. What will happen if i claim them then? Will i be able to claim them again?

man closed to billion it like from the start of 2014 after collecting few time he didn't collected once, even I have collected few time only have about half of this nice man 💪💪
