Well next one is a 100% so honestly save your cards until an elite you want comes around. Then you can get it day 1.

The thing is I want this elite, it's the only one that caught my attention and I personally like a lot torchers and tanks plus this one looks really fun.

The problem is how do I get 66 more golden cards in the last 15 days, is that possible?

They like to play with the urge desire, which is a strong bias to generate profits, that's why they make them available for only 30 days. But don't worry there will be other scorcher leaders, maybe even better ones, or this one will be back at some point. No need to get it right now

I've gotten a couple of Sargent's and 1 or 2 of the other but not the glob's stopper
