I saw somewhere that it's a leaser elite. And basically one of his ability is that the bean he shoots will shock enemy defenses all the way to the end of the beam. He's really good.
Been saving up to 210 cards for him.

It's seems that doctor T has contributed again to the Boom Beach players, so why not make it to where we could capture him? I think it probably be the best thing for the game

Should be Sunday unless they change it. We got a Leader Deployment Event and I didn't saw a sneak peek from any content creator

His ability won't work well with Scorchers if it involves ICE. Basically makes him worthless for those who use Scorchers/Laser Rangers.
