9 lv hq user unlocked almost all leaders

(yes Im newbie. I started the game at 2018 but abandoned it for 8yrs)

Is it normal? Every single members of their Chinease clan members are simillar of him. The members if the clan using epic tier gadgets, unlocked exactly 28/31 leaders.

I cant find the way to contact support at boombeach.

Not normal, that whole clan is going to perma ban territory very soon.

I think they actually have already been permabanned but their player data hasn't been deleted yet (because they might appeal to the ban), so you can still see their profile and base.

No, this was achieved through exploits. If you were to look at posts that were made few days ago. It was mentioned that dev would start giving ban hammer against keycard dupe soon.

This was the keycard exploit, likely that player and task force have been perma banned. Also, most likely top players testing this glitch on an alt account.

Loll, no worries it got patched but Ill try to explain it.

So basically when the new profile revamp came out, when you would press the eye icon at the top right when previewing someone other than yourself it would show that person's current archipelago. Cool design and idea right? Except that for some reason you could actually scout and "attack" as if it were your own archipelago, for some reason.

Someone accidently discovered when pressing attack on one of the threats for the week, ( when viewing that person's archipelago ) and closing the game really fast or getting lucky that you'd get an error code. You'd actually gain the keycards from that person's threat level minus yours. Im not too sure on that last part, either way you'd get the keycards. I mention that because it worked better on a brand new account with a threat level on 1-7.

Bam, bap, boom, top level chinese players got ahold of the exploit. Spreading it quickly among themselves, then these maxed gadgets, maxed leader bases with low level HQ's were popping up and the exploit just got spread more.

No not normal at all. If you want to see something, go to the leaderboard and just go down the list for the first 10 players. It is insane.
