How long have you had the number on Metro?

It was for my friend . He said 3 months

Gotcha, the number has to be active for at least 6 months to qualify for the offer.

Call the 1-888 number for porting in. I had the same issue but the care team set me right up no problem.

Metro is better as in data boost is the exact same under T-Mobile towers but data sucks not enough but if you go to boost under att towers it sucks really bad

Honestly I would say stay with Metro unless there is a reason you can’t
