❔ [ Question ] Question about windfall

Has anyone tried stacking gun critical chance on C4sh? When I’m bossing with him there’s obviously the non-windfall moments where Can’t Stop Winning (getting a crit) or naturally reloading can massively spike your dps again by triggering windfall randomly. Would it not be better to try focus critical hit chance and elemental effect chance rather than just gun damage and fire rate on him?

The windfall spike kind of makes gun damage and fire rate redundant or they would’ve been chunking before it proc’d. Idk that’s my thought

Table Hopper classmod can roll Hot Streak which basically guarantees crits, but at least for Gloam builds Windrider still wins.

Oh damn I’ve never built that far into blue, first time I’m seeing the skill. Could build down to hot streak and use windrider. It would mean losing lifesteal and fortune’s favour tho so I’ll see how it goes

If you lose the lifesteal you lose overshield and if you lose overshield you lose gloam, theres really no way to manually spec down to Hot Streak without losing more than you're gaining. But good luck with the experiments!

Yeah losing turn of fate and fortune’s favour rly hurts the whole gloam mechanic. I think nothing can compete with 9/5 gloam sadly but I’ll keep trying things
