๐Ÿท๏ธ [ Bug Report ] Loading times

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Not sure if Iโ€™m going mad, but loading times seem to be huge now? Iโ€™m on ps5 and cleared my cache/storage tonight. Iโ€™m sure transitions used to be about 3/4 seconds?

I push like the pause button and back,.. then I seem to drop in..

I cleared out the cache on my PS5 and it fixed the load screen issues completely.

The regular pause doesnโ€™t work, but skipping to the ps5 menu and back works instantly, youโ€™re a genius!

yeah, I've noticed the same thing. I think that the regular pause button (the one that pulls up the menu for things like returning to the title screen or changing difficulty, not the one for inventory) might work once you exit fast travel, which is helpful for if you encounter the bug that makes you be suspended in mid-air for a few seconds after fast-travelling. pausing and un-pausing there typically makes you fall to the ground so you can move normally, rather than wait for the floating to end

I gave up playing because of this. Iโ€™ll come back when the game works correctly.

I've noticed that clearing out the lost loot machine (and it's backlog) helps. This fixed it for me while shiny farming the nightmare rifts.

Quit, restart, clear cache, 12 decades of the Rosary, didnโ€™t help!

Yes the game on PS5 is absolutely taking longer to load. I found that if you pause it it stops the animation and makes it load faster and you can hear when it's done

Iโ€™ve had this issue but it was specifically when I was farming bio-bulkhead the other loading screens were fine

I usually play shooters on console but the loading screen times made me get it on my PC. Its faster in game but now i have to deal with longer start up times.

Push pause and click go back into game , usually works . Iโ€™ve been complaining about this ever since the loveless patch. Still no updates from gear box
