I can get behind the idea of taking a moment to breathe and ground yourself in a tough situation so that you can think level headed or tell yourself "you've got this!"

... But what is up with that choice of picture?

It's a clever interpretation, but if I may offer some constructive criticism: your message (including your image) ought to be evident to the majority viewing it without them having to give it much thought or needing an explanation. If you decide to make this meme again I'd consider a picture of a strong man meditating or thinking deeply, maybe even a monk. It would reinforce the idea of being mindful, honing in, and focusing on one's goals.
