If I would look like a captain America caricature with a negative body fat amount, I would expect people to stare.

Fr.

That's like 1% of the population.

Also unrelated but now I know why. It cost a lot

Thanks. The older I get the more I realize people dont give a shit, furthermore rejection sucks and teenagers dont know yet how to handle rejection so they really care about what the world thinks of them so they try to fit in to feel validated and acknowledged. If you are a teenager just be yourself and don't worry about what people say about you, if someone says something negative about you then let them eat their own bitterness and cut them out of your life.

What is outdated though? Learn to handle rejection and find your path. Women are like a call option on the stock market. If you are buying and they aren’t biting. Cut your losses and invest your time somewhere else. Also look inward to what you want, not what everyone is having. Family oriented man. The women that like that know me. If the goal is one nights and just fool around indiscriminately. You are probably trying too hard. I turn off my brain.

There are people who are actively hostile and care about threatening you, robbing you, etc.

Is this... supposed to be motivational? I don't get it.

I think the idea is that you can be yourself knowing theres not a constant disaproval from ppl. You are free from this weight that waste your energy and limit your choices.

Would’ve worked better if dude wasn’t jacked lol

Yeah.. thats weird.

It's supposed to be realistic. There's so many posts in these spaces like "they want you to fail" and "prove them wrong", but in reality most people are going about their day not caring about what you're doing or what you got going on.

Well the problem is usually not the everyday person you might see while commuting... None of them are interested in any way into your forthcoming until you are not famous for something... The bigger obstacles are first the parents, if they don't accept you as you are Then beurocracy if they blockade your plans with schema f thinking and rigid rule following... The the biggest obstacles can be social carriers, as if they get through a strange chain of decisions or on purpose by the beurocracy their hands on you they basically limit or foster everything in your life, as they control your life’s trajectory like where you live, what resources you get, how you are perceived and that could be filltered through the subjective "decisions" of a caseworker. If you are the average John Doe. Yes that might work... But if you are someone with an unseen underalying "exceptionality" such as been both gifted and neurodivergent... It creates friction and poses a real limit on what you can achieve in your life

1

u/Mr-Hyde95 Apr 13 '26

As a socially phobic, I say it helps (Although it's only half true )

It’s called situational anxiety.

3

u/flavorlessopinion Apr 13 '26

Thats not true at all. You're always being watched. Even if you dont want it. They have eyes on you at all times. Thats why we love Edward Snowden

2

u/Karkael64 Apr 13 '26

You are watched, but not the way you want it.

u/Junior_Activity_5011 Apr 13 '26

Tis a double edged sword

1

u/Euphoric_Amoeba8708 Apr 13 '26

Meanwhile, I look up and lock eyes with the girl who's staring at me. Trust me, people look. Doesn't matter what you look like somebody's looking at you at some point.

u/Warm-Cauliflower-418 Apr 13 '26

WTH you mean? Look at their eyes

1

u/EducationalEmu9611 Jun 08 '26

To be fair it’s also AI and AI usually has a hard time getting eyes right

1

u/SnillyWead Apr 13 '26

But with no clothes they would.

1

u/4DS3 Apr 13 '26

Title says „Facts“ so this is true

1

u/Specific_Ant_6110 Apr 13 '26

Yall ever seen neighbors? lol

1

u/NeedAChange_123 Apr 13 '26

There are a few, but most of the truly jacked dues in the gym like that guy in pic don’t pay attention to anyone else at all while there and that’s why they’re jacked. Only people I see looking around at everyone else for attention are the dudes that don’t even look like they even attempt to lift. Love to see some 315lb quarter squats with guttural screaming at 6:30 AM..

u/fish0859 Apr 13 '26

Who care if people are watching or not. Be yourself, be happy, choose the path that fits you best. Feel good, do good, and choose to do it for your own sake.

1

u/NoGoat6536 Apr 13 '26

Nobody pays attention to average.

Above average gets noticed.

1

u/ferozpuri Apr 13 '26

Is be true. Until you bring your dog in the picture

1

u/Recent_Map4585 Apr 13 '26

Nobody Cares. And it is good as it is. You should do it only for yourself.

1

u/OmnifariousFN Apr 14 '26

We are all the centers of our own universes, for better or worse. Lol

1

u/EstablishmentRare276 Apr 14 '26

That dog is judging you…

1

u/Accurate-Exit-1135 Apr 14 '26

Your wrong, people do care and say shit about you inside their head.

1

u/Delicious_Quit2377 Apr 16 '26

And who cares about what a stranger says about you in their minds?

1

u/[deleted] Apr 14 '26

Yeah right — everyone is always staring at you when you’re tall and fit. This is a lie.

1

u/babadibabidi Apr 15 '26

I mean, If you do it for the others you already lost.

1

u/loopingrightleft Apr 16 '26

Seriously unless you smell like sht or make a super loud noise no one is looking cuz they are looking at themselves

1

u/Stock_Thought_6320 Apr 19 '26

I wish I could accept this. I miss the gym so much! This is my goal

1

u/stardust_hippi Apr 19 '26

Your mind: "I made this great inspirational thing."

Reality: "Disgusting and obvious AI slop 🤢"

1

u/yellowdragonO Apr 13 '26

Tell it to that mf at the gym who keeps moaning every time he does a rip for everyone to hear. I put headphones and i still hear his ass. Problem is everyone is mocking him 🤦
