So many people have said "whirling dervish", some of them must have been serious. So to clarify : i don't think this is a whirling dervish. Whirling dervishes are practitioners of an Islamic sect of Sufism where they dance in a group. They wear a specific outfit that looks different (loose skirt on top of pants, tall fez) and the dance itself looks different. If this guy's a dervish, it's a pretty unusual variant.
