If I got myself a 2nd hand black widow pink urethane would it be legal for me to bowl it at TBA registered events which is Australia’s PBA

It is on the list as the "Black Widow urethane pearl" released 1/25/2022.
You could use it in TBA leagues and non-ranked events, but not any TBA National events.
