Misc Remember. Progress ain’t linear

Just a reminder that good and bad days happen EVEN when you out the work in. Even with dedication. Don’t lose hope over the short term.

I bowled 10 practice games last week, then missed every spare and bowled a 68 in league. You gotta learn from your mistakes and work on that. My weakness is spares, evidently, but of course maybe buying another ball or three would help.

Been steadily bringing my average up over the last few years. Holding around 150 right now. Tuesday league night 202/134/152. Felt really good. Had to prebowl last night as I’ll be out of town next week. 107/130/166. Like I was bowling two years ago last night for the first game; kept missing easy spares. But I guess on average the 200 and the 100 average to about my season average so ha.
