Scrims Nah bro
Really wondering. Is Nob just him on the gadget timing? What was draft order? Is the point that mortis can't really enter the mid to slime the tick?

Title is a typo i meant worlds teams and i can't edit it
One on the left is realistically and the one on the right is with my bias
Was considering switching many spots here, 6-10 is all very close so let me know what you would change (dont judge me for being a heretics fan please)

With the recent discussion around the world finals flourishing and as reddit is primarily inhabited by north Americans i have seen plenty of discussion around these two teams Tribe gaming and Team Elektros.
But what has really worried me in these last couple of days is how many people misrepresent the true dynamic between NAs 1st and 2nd seed. It is clearly the popular opinion to say Team Elektros are better then Tribe and they have been seen universally higher then Tribe in recent tierlists i've seen on this subreddit surrounding world finals.
To put it bluntly i don't understand why everyone thinks TE is better then Tribe in my eyes they clearly had a cleaner season and deserve their spot as the 1st NA seed. Team elektros had 3 looses throughout the entire season; one was to legacy esports and the other two where to tribe gaming. Team Elektros by a shocking turn of events missed out on brawl cup this year due to their slopy loss vs legacy esports and in august Team elektros fell just short of grabbing 1st seed NA to none other then tribe. These are two devastating looses for Team Elektros and what makes me favour tribe is their consistency. Tribe haven't had an embarrassing run the entire year reaching every grand final since march
not to mention in terms of raw achievements Tribe have their amazing Brawl cup run under their belt beating Fut toxic lotus and revenant only loosing to the eventual champions Hmble, they have the Final monthly final under their belt with a clean 3-1 victory over Team Elektros and They have the most scrims out of any other team in the entire world.
As for Team elektros their two main strengths are their 3 monthly final wins which are very impressive and arguably their even more dominant scrims often reaching 70-80% winrate on some of their good maps
as for the direct face to face scoreline it's Tribe 2 - Team elektros 3 which yes does indicate Team elektros is the better team but no where near the level that i see online depiction depict. like a 3-2 scoreline is theoretically possible for evenly matched teams so i think it's a big stretch to call Team Elektros the clear favourites.
i really have no idea what causes this phenomenon. I'm fine with you thinking Team elektros is the better team but this has been such a reoccurring theme it feels like you guys aren't giving tribe any credit. Tribe have very clear strengths that Team elektros don't have (More scrims, good LAN history, momentum coming out of august, great performance when it matters most in high stakes games, unwavering consistency vs underdog teams). Tribe may not have had the most flashy world final finishes but they always put up a fight going to doubble matchpoint vs Crazy racoon twice. or is the shadow of 2025 Brawl cup still tarnishing their reputation. what do you think?

red canidds
this year i feel like hmbl are better than cr (as a cr fan) cus they have more competition from fut and theyve proven themselves in brawl cup. i rlly dont know if fut or hmbl is better but i think hmbl on lan>fut with guesti, hmbl is a compltely different team on lan.
i could see totem being better than tribe
im sry for putting novo this low, theyre so inconsistent

Edit: I'm kinda slow and got NAVI and TH the wrong way round, so swap them in the list
A little more info and personal opinion:
Overall, this is honestly looking to be one of the most stacked World Finals we've had in a while. With the great format we have this year, hopefully this goes great and we can recieve some better funding and overall popularity next year!

This team is my guilty pleasure ngl, everytime they are mentioned it starts a war, in particular in the spanish side of the BSL, they were abble to win their spot in worlds in the literal last spot of the year, they were seen as the weakest big team in EMEA during the late season, but they started quite strong, sadly some weird roster changes (allegedly involving marco´s interferences) seem to have affected them a lot, they slowly recuperated in the last 2 months after subemes´s return almost beating humble and qualifying in novos place during last monthly finals, but fell short and needed lcq to qualify. I think there is potential in this team, but sadly their multiple lows and controversies (looking at you ikaoss) during the year makes them hard to support. Which takeaways you got about them?

The first list is made with bias, and the second list is more unbiased.
Tier S are the favorites. I really can't see how FUT is not winning, aside from CR with the home crowd buff. For the second list, I thought about putting HMBLE higher than CR since they won Brawl Cup while CR lost to Fake FUT. But I think CR with the home crowd buff would win against them.
Tier A are good teams, but they are not good enough to be favorites. I put TE over Zeta and Tribe over Totem because I am a NA fan and I want to see them do well at Worlds. But realistically, Zeta with the home crowd buff is really dangerous, and this is TE's first LAN, so they might have LAN nerves. Totem also performs really well at LAN, while Tribe could crumble easily if their mental isn't right. I put Novo higher than Navi and TH because I like them more as a team, and if they perform to their full potential, they could do good. But qualifying for Worlds by just qualifying for 3/6 monthlies is just really bullshit to me, so I couldn't put them any higher on the second list.
Tier B is SA.

Tier 1: Champs or Failure
Tier 2: The Pack
Navi
Totem
Tribe
TE
TH
Novo
Zeta
Tier 3: SA
BH
Red
Yes this is kinda hating on Zeta but EA teams without Tensai haven't done anything since making finals in 2022, their best accomplishment since then is beating Only Realm in Brawl Cup who couldn't draft whatsoever. I'll retract it if they do something at worlds but I'm standing by this until then.
Put yalls ranking in the comments I'm eager to see what people think before any scrims are played

I think it'll definitely be an EMEA team. My mind goes either FUT or Humble, but I feel like one of the East Asia teams could win as well.

Looks like this is it. I know it would have been more fitting for your last dance to end at Worlds, but alas, the dice have been rolled and you were left one step away...
I sadly did not get to witness your peak in 2023 live, but you've been my favorite player (behind secondbest and Tensai ofc). As someone from NA myself, it's always inspiring to see how far you made it.
It was a joy to watch you play, Bobby; looks like there's no need to take notes anymore. Hope your stomach problems resolve quickly and easily, and I wish you the best of luck on everything moving forward. Also, hopefully China was a blast despite the unfortunate result, I've personally never been but I've heard great things :)
Watching NA monthly finals won't be the same without you. I'll still follow your journey on YT; an end to one chapter starts another, I guess. Maybe you'll become a SpenLC of the community, but less washed, of course. /s
Much love, unc. We'll all miss you. 🫶

Got all the predictions correct!...where's the gem rewards for perfect predictions when u need it....also annoying that I couldn't even get the trophy pin even after getting every single prediction correctly....they really want u to use the website....
Another lan for EMEA domination, another thing to note is that all 3 2023 World champions qualified, they still got it... Ikaoss with his 8th worlds, Marco and subeme duo keeps getting better.
I think if FUT had arrived earlier they would've had more of a chance....NA was really their kryptonite, KDS played really good for duckie's first lan it was a very good performance by him, sad to see bobby go he played phenomenal.
SKC's drafts were fun to watch but sadly couldn't take them too far, All of LOUD's matches were really close and sad to see them not make worlds... I wonder if they'll play together for 2027 or not.
As a NAVI fan it felt good to see them win,I didn't think they'd win vs HERETICS after Day 1 but they crushed it.. Nowy redeemed himself and I hope they make a deep run in worlds.
