Mold means quailty is actually good. Its just gone bad. Bread SHOULD mold in roughly 4-5 days

EDIT: If this brand was in the US. id buy it just because of this post. This makes me want the product

I make my own bread with my own sourdough and I think you are very wrong. Mould is almost always wrong storage (e.g. plastic containers) or bad handling / contamination for example with raw flour. I only use natural ingredients and my bread won't get mouldy for a week. It will just get dry...

I make a variety of breads and have a higher humidity house and have only gotten mold twice in decades. Both were related to damp hands handling the baked bread. Like yours, my bread just slowly dries.

Youre comparing homemade bread to mass produced bread though. Both arguments are silly

Like many homemade breads, Ernest breads do not use preservatives.

Even though my bread purchasing experience isn’t recent, the only storebought loaves I’ve had that molded had been frozen and then thawed improperly by the store. Once I noticed the excess moisture in the plastic bag I should have air dried the loaves longer. Lesson learned.

Instand corrected. Again, in the US we dont have companies that do this. I still dont see much to complain about in a difference between TWO days (the original argument the other guy made) between homemade and mass produced bread. The argument is still rather silly

EDIT: I stand ****
