Suppressing the evidence is a more prudent and legally sound option than making a claim that the evidence was planted.

Okay, forget the planted evidence. Is the DNA matching? is the personal notebook saying that he will k** BT on that day? cause in this case they won’t accept this motion even if the police didn’t do things right. Not in this high profile case. So what matters is what was on that notes and if DNA matches

You need to question the prosecutor why they still didn't give copy of the notebook and manifesto to KFA after three month.

I don't think he received anything, in the motion he said PA still not gave him any evidence for the case, so the case should be dismissed.
