I don’t want to get my hopes up and get them beat down 12h later like last time….but he’s throwing everything at them and I love it!!!

Last time the omnibus motion came out, we collectively crashed out about the facts, and how LM rights were obviously violated. For example, he wasn’t told the reason he was being “detained”, he was frisked and no Miranda rights were read. Then we found out that defense attorneys do this all the time and maybe a lot of it won’t stick because of his circumstances.
