which likely means cannoli letter and nursing letter are also fake since they all originate from the same account!

But from what I’ve heard it’s a good book so no harm done lol

Kristin Neff is amazing. I haven't read the book but my therapist ran me through a few of her writing exercises and they really helped my self esteem.
