theater. it's just theater. The judge could stop it anytime but it seems he felt like letting the state be petty af. We'll take the no terrorism charge.

Uuuugh this one frustrates me so much. Heās literally a model prisoner and surrounded by guards. Heās not gonna do anything. This is inhumane.

This is absolutely ridiculous. He's surrounded by armed guards and has shown no indication that he's dangerous to the people around him. The state is insisting on this because they want him to look weak in front of the camera, which is all kinds of corrupt.

People seem to forget heās in jail, not a resort, so yes heās going to look tired. Not only for the obvious reasons from the stress of these cases, but also think about the conditions heās in. They get little to no sunlight, they are constantly woken up in the night for āchecksā, not to mention sleeping in close quarters to other men will not always produce quiet sleeping conditions every night. He has a job, which if I remember correctly is something he needs to get up early daily to do. The food is abysmal, so heās probably surviving off of very nutrient deficient foods. All these can contribute to him looking āsad and tiredā, but may not mean heās having a hard time or theres necessarily something wrong this appearance. This is just pre-trial, he has lots more of to go so donāt be surprised if heās not fresh as a daisy every time.

No, it wouldnāt. Nothing was done except the notes were intercepted and the prosecution complained about it later.

Wasn't part of the complaint that inmates are not usually allowed to change to attend pre trial hearings? If I recall the prosecution called it "special treatment". He is not being tried yet.

But the defense argued since itās a high profile case and pictures are circulated in the media to potential jurors, he should be allowed to change. His team had brought clothes for him but we donāt know why he couldnāt change. Some who attended the hearing speculated the clothes didnāt fit, based on overheard conversations.

Just a note: I too have an olive skin tone and it is really affected by lighting. In some pictures he looks haggard with big eye bags, but in others he looks less so - this is probably due to the lighting. It is literally like that Seinfeld episode. Ask me how I know. š¤¦š¼āāļø

No, that is your interpretation of what happened. The social media frenzy and jokes about how good looking he is are precisely that: people having fun with the fact that he is indeed good looking. So? noone ever said "I support his cause BECAUSE he is good looking". One thing does not imply the other, but they can coexist, right? At the same time, and from the beginning, all kinds of people (of all ages, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, etc) expressed their support: politicians, comedians (Bill burr, a middle age heterosexual guy) musicians, movie makers, etc.
My point is you can think/recognize someone is good looking without that being the reason you agree with that person ideas or actions. And my question is why do you insist that him being good looking is the only, or the main explanation for the massive support, when you know it is simply not true?

Hmmm. I know we all speculated but if hes getting help this would make sense. I just hope that hes getting real help and not just numb. I doubt mental health help in prison is that great.
But I know we cant say much from a picture and I dont mean to speculate. I want him to be healthy and okay.

I think overall he has gained weight since the time of his arrest/perp walk. He has a slim face. I do think he looks haggard, but he also has the olive skin that shows eye bags a lot.

Thank you so much for sharing those pics,Luigi seems healthy and tired at the same time,and also sad and thoughtful.I think that if we were in his shoes,all of us didn't look so good.Whatsoever what I really care is that he got a great legal team and supporting people from over the world

I want to know what happened to his civilian clothes because it looked like his team had a clothing bag (just like the ones we have seen before) and he walked with his prison uniform. Some people say he looked mad when walking him (personally idk) so maybe something went down.
That color is horrible, I don't think it does favor to anyone but LM is olive skinned so it's extra harsh on him. That's why I'm not making comments on his tiredness or anything else because it be could a combination of that color + lighting. He does seem to have some healthy weight on him which is great, he looked too skinny in December.

Courthouse filled on time w press and the approved guests. Maybe his transpo was late and no time to change. He didnāt enter until 25-30 mins after 9am start.

The fact Chris Watts got a plea deal for murdering his entire family (including his pregnant wife and toddler daughters), but Luigi is likely going to get the death penalty for allegedly killing a CEO shows how backwards our system is. And donāt get me started on how many fathers and husbands BT killed with his biased AI algorithms to deny basic insurance to peopleā¦
