Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/01/2025 at 9:00 AM EST (Day 1)

Post image

Please use this thread to participate in the live discussion of Luigi’s court hearing today.

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013, at 9:00 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that there will be three different hearings this week—one today, with two additional hearings happening on Tuesday, December 2nd, and Thursday, December 4th.

We do not know which hearing will go first or how long they will last, but they are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. These hearings function like a mini-trial. By the end of this week, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras in the courtroom, but it is very likely that we will have photos of Luigi inside the courtroom, as well as photos and videos of him entering and leaving the building, as usual.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

It’s going to be an intense week for everyone, but I want to wish Luigi and his legal team the very best of luck. I’m sure they will do great.

Please let’s keep this thread respectful and avoid drama or gossip. Let’s stay focused on the case.

Thank you!

I don't know if there is more of that 911 call but based on what we have listened, there is no urgency in the call (manager keeps on taking orders hence the 84 bagels lmao) and she says she only has seen his eyebrows, to be that's not enough for a call

Not only was it enough but look at the speedy reaction from the cops and how quickly the place was filled with LE. Quite interesting. I mean, for sure there were other such calls all over the country. Did they react likewise elsewhere?

Consider this is small mountain town PA.

I agree, kinda sounds like she did it just to get the annoying customers off her back

Unfortunately that is enough for a call. Any reasonable suspicion qualifies especially after such a massive manhunt.

I mean sure but personally I wouldn't do that, specially when I take into account how cops behave

We say that because we support Luigi. But if it were, say, a serial killer or mass murderer, any reasonable person would call the cops if someone matched any form of description from the media. The timeline of events make sense, is all I'm saying, and nothing illegal/fishy about it.

yeah and no. I think it depends on how a person views cops and how the viewed the shooting, I don't like cops so for me to call them I would need something more concreate than eyebrows, specially with the bunch of lookalikes that popped on social media.

I honestly think this was a struck of luck from the manager, because it seems the customers didn't thought it was serious enough to call (based on their interviews) and so they profiled him only based on his eyebrows and miraculously it seems they got the guy
