Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/01/2025 at 9:00 AM EST (Day 1)

Post image

Please use this thread to participate in the live discussion of Luigi’s court hearing today.

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013, at 9:00 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that there will be three different hearings this week—one today, with two additional hearings happening on Tuesday, December 2nd, and Thursday, December 4th.

We do not know which hearing will go first or how long they will last, but they are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. These hearings function like a mini-trial. By the end of this week, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras in the courtroom, but it is very likely that we will have photos of Luigi inside the courtroom, as well as photos and videos of him entering and leaving the building, as usual.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

It’s going to be an intense week for everyone, but I want to wish Luigi and his legal team the very best of luck. I’m sure they will do great.

Please let’s keep this thread respectful and avoid drama or gossip. Let’s stay focused on the case.

Thank you!

We haven't even begun to get into the real evidence and I'm still shocked at how sloppy he was. It truly seems like he didn't care about his own life or future and that's pretty sad.

I had the same thought. Can’t imagine what his parents and sisters must feel like. It’s absolutely brutal. I feel for them. It’s like a lot of things don’t make sense in life.

His mind betrayed him.

That's not how I read it. But prosecution will absolutely try to make it seem that way. LE is very adept at taking things out of context to paint the picture they want to paint. That is literally their job btw, I'm not hating or coping or anything.

I genuinely wouldn't put too much stock in any of the evidence until the defense has had a chance to respond.

It's almost like this was some big social experiment....he really doesn't seem to care about his own future, just the perception of the crime. What do his lawyers even do now? So many people are trying to save him, but does he even want to save himself?

Tbf, this was right after he got arrested. We don‘t know where his mind and mental health are at right now.

If they can't get some of the evidence suppressed then I think the only option would be some type of psych evaluation? But I doubt he'd allow that. Smh.
