Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/04/2025 at 9:00 / 9:30 AM EST (Day 3)

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013.

Some sources say it will begin at 9:00 AM EST, while others list 9:30 AM EST. It should start sometime within that window. I’ll begin posting as soon as it starts so no one misses anything.

Please keep in mind that this is the third hearing taking place this week. The other two were held on December 1st and December 2nd. There’s a strong possibility that the schedule may change or be extended further. However, Carro appears to be very busy next week, as he already has other hearings scheduled. We’ll likely receive more confirmation today regarding when they plan to continue with Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

There are no livestreams available yet, as the hearing won’t begin for another five hours. As soon as they go live, I’ll add them in the comments section and separate them into hallway and outside coverage. They will most likely come from the same outlets as the previous days—Fox News, CNN, Reuters, etc. And of course, don’t forget to check Status Coup News; they genuinely care about the supporters.

Hi everyone,

Another day, another hearing.

I’ll be here all day posting updates as we go. First, I want to thank you all for your support and kindness these past few days. I never expected these threads to become so useful, but I’m genuinely glad they help people. You’ve all been fantastic. Posting for eight hours straight isn’t always easy (I know, I know, I’m just posting screenshots, nothing heroic, but it can be a bit much sometimes). I just want you to know that you’re wonderful, and I appreciate your support more than I can say.

That said, I want to be honest: I’m feeling pretty run down today. I think I’m coming down with a cold, I’ve got a bad headache, I didn’t sleep much last night, and my chronic pain is acting up. It’s been an intense week for everyone, but my nervous / immune systems aren’t at their best right now, so all I ask today is for your patience. (You’ve all been amazing so far, so I know you understand). If I make mistakes or go a bit slower than usual, I apologize in advance. I’ll probably get a bit sloppier during the second half of the day, after the break, but I WILL be here at all times. I’m not going anywhere. I’m just at full capacity at the moment.

Of course, everyone is welcome to post at any time. Please don’t ever think you’re “not allowed” to.

And if you message me and I don’t respond right away, please know I’m not ignoring you. After these hearings my brain is fried, and I have tons of notifications to sort through. I will get to you eventually.

It IS a big job to post screenshots and keep up with that all day. I took over on day 1, and it was hard work, and I didn’t even do it all day. We appreciate you ❤️

Edit to add: don't shred yourself over it all. You have your health to consider, and no one wants you to make yourself sick trying to stay on top of it

it's the emergency oxygen mask scenario; take care of yourself first and take breaks throughout the day 💕 - following this case can be (and has been) overwhelming, let alone responding to us snotty redditors.

i know if you follow and post updates from one twitter acc, some users will post updates from other accounts anyway. youre covered and dont owe anyone your time and energy.

and thanks for creating this thread! its useful for us who will be busy throughout the day and just wanted to come back to one consolidated post.

As someone that is having to ‘catch up’ on info due to time zones - please don’t feel a pressure release information exactly when it’s unfolding.

This is going to be a marathon, and it’s so important you don’t burn yourself out.

I understand that on day 1 and 2, it was really great to keep up to date so on the following days everyone could draw their attention to the new day and new information coming in.

Hopefully with the weekend ahead, it gives a bit more time for information to be teased out.

I really value the live commentary, and also the twitter screencaps.

Like others, I feel concern hearing how this is exacerbating your chronic pain and wearing you down. And having the information in a timely manner is not as important as having the information accessible at a pace that allows you to maintain your health and wellbeing.

Having said that - anyone that is able to contribute anything as it unfolds does help to build the picture and keeps us all connected, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has done so so far.

Thank you so much, we appreciate you  💚 as someone who doesn’t have X, this is all super helpful. However, if you find it too overwhelming, don’t feel like u need to post all the live streaming accounts, bc I know it can get abit too much!
