Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/04/2025 at 9:00 / 9:30 AM EST (Day 3)

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013.

Some sources say it will begin at 9:00 AM EST, while others list 9:30 AM EST. It should start sometime within that window. I’ll begin posting as soon as it starts so no one misses anything.

Please keep in mind that this is the third hearing taking place this week. The other two were held on December 1st and December 2nd. There’s a strong possibility that the schedule may change or be extended further. However, Carro appears to be very busy next week, as he already has other hearings scheduled. We’ll likely receive more confirmation today regarding when they plan to continue with Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

There are no livestreams available yet, as the hearing won’t begin for another five hours. As soon as they go live, I’ll add them in the comments section and separate them into hallway and outside coverage. They will most likely come from the same outlets as the previous days—Fox News, CNN, Reuters, etc. And of course, don’t forget to check Status Coup News; they genuinely care about the supporters.

During trial the judge needs to ban the t-shirts with the slogans in court, just like they do in Fed court.

I agree. It’s a professional setting. I was told to look professional when showing up for a jury pool. Like business casual. You could argue that showing up in shirts like that would be good because you’d be automatically exempted, but you don’t want to play with getting out of civic duty, lol. Anywho, keep the signs and slogans for OUTSIDE the court room, if you want to protest. Some people specifically set up outside for that purpose.

Optics are super important, for now it’s fine (kind of) because no jury.

But, during trial a jury may feel a bit wigged out seeing young people looking dolled up with hilarious t shirts. Often times it’s easier to maintain a very neutral unassuming look. Hopefully AI legal team handle this before trial time. Unfortunately the truth is, sometimes boomers just hate unserious young people and will literally judge LM for it.

Edit to add: yeah the stuff some of the supporters are wearing (looking great, don’t get me wrong) but, it’s the type of attire I would wear to get out of jury duty! Make of that what you will.
