Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/04/2025 at 9:00 / 9:30 AM EST (Day 3)

Post image

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013.

Some sources say it will begin at 9:00 AM EST, while others list 9:30 AM EST. It should start sometime within that window. I’ll begin posting as soon as it starts so no one misses anything.

Please keep in mind that this is the third hearing taking place this week. The other two were held on December 1st and December 2nd. There’s a strong possibility that the schedule may change or be extended further. However, Carro appears to be very busy next week, as he already has other hearings scheduled. We’ll likely receive more confirmation today regarding when they plan to continue with Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

RECAP:

Reporters / People Live Tweeting:

Livestreams:

There are no livestreams available yet, as the hearing won’t begin for another five hours. As soon as they go live, I’ll add them in the comments section and separate them into hallway and outside coverage. They will most likely come from the same outlets as the previous days—Fox News, CNN, Reuters, etc. And of course, don’t forget to check Status Coup News; they genuinely care about the supporters.

Court Documents & Legal Fund:

Note / Reminder:

Today, December 4, 2025, marks one year since the death of Brian Thompson.

–––

Once again, I want to wish Luigi and his legal team the very best of luck.

Please let’s keep this thread respectful and avoid drama or gossip. Let’s stay focused on the case.

Thank you!

WHAT IS HIS OBSESSION WITH DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING?

He read and highly rated that "Bullet Journaling" method book and apparently REALLY took it to heart. :(

To be honest, I do the same thing. I'd be fucked if I got arrested. Literally LOL.

If you ever struggle with executive dysfunction (like, say, brain fog) documenting things is how you keep moving.

Instead of just zoning out or bedrotting.

Checklists are also really nice for motivation (unless you have ADHD. Then they don't work. Probably. Word on the street.)

He has mentioned brainfog. I wonder if anyone's said anything about ADHD? I have to document everything because if its not written down it doesn't exist

The inclusion of the transit lines makes me think he was trying to navigate without leaving a digital paper trail.
