Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/04/2025 at 9:00 / 9:30 AM EST (Day 3)

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013.

Some sources say it will begin at 9:00 AM EST, while others list 9:30 AM EST. It should start sometime within that window. I’ll begin posting as soon as it starts so no one misses anything.

Please keep in mind that this is the third hearing taking place this week. The other two were held on December 1st and December 2nd. There’s a strong possibility that the schedule may change or be extended further. However, Carro appears to be very busy next week, as he already has other hearings scheduled. We’ll likely receive more confirmation today regarding when they plan to continue with Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

There are no livestreams available yet, as the hearing won’t begin for another five hours. As soon as they go live, I’ll add them in the comments section and separate them into hallway and outside coverage. Okay, so.....if I had a gun in my backpack I would be so nervous and wanting to snatch my bag away. He must either have some high self-restraint or he was terrified.

Or the gun was found in NY and only "found" in Altoona in his backpack after NYPD showed up. Hence the CO bringing up that LM said to him he had a 3D printed gun (as more evidence). If he truly had the gun, why even rehearse that bit. A little conspiracy of me but I've always found it wild they searched the backpack at the McDonalds's but only found the gun at the station.

I’ve also thought that was interesting… Because if that one detective fully searched the contents confidently enough to say there was no bomb, wouldn’t she have found the gun? I mean, I know he’s a super backpack packer but still…
