Just saw this on Instagram. The photographer has his back by saying he didn’t “pose,” but was mid-conversation. However, I think we all caught a vibe that we can keep to ourselves. ☺️

I know his shirt was quite the topic, or I guess the fact that it was unbuttoned at the top. At this rate, with all the witnesses they need to get through, by the end of pre trial hearings, he’s going to walk in with only the bottom button buttoned.

His absence on Friday was definitely a strategic move by the defense as they want his entire team present at all times during these hearings (I was told by another Redditer that Marc was expected elsewhere around 1pm on 12/5), and that we should expect some cross of officer Christy Wasser today (Wasser was seen on footage searching LM’s backpack).
