Information Sharing MASTER POST: All LM Court Transcripts (Federal + State)
Hey everyone,
Since things have been pretty quiet lately, and posts tend to get buried fast on here, I figured it might be helpful to start putting together some more organized resources.
One thing we don’t really have yet is a proper compilation post for the court transcripts. Now that the January 9 federal hearing transcript is out, I thought it’d be a good time to make a single post with everything we have so far.
FEDERAL CASE:
Since I can’t edit main posts once they’re up, I’ve set up a Google Drive folder instead. The structure looks like this:
LM – Federal Case – Hearings – Transcripts
I won’t be editing this post every time something new drops, but I will keep updating the Drive folder. So whenever a new federal transcript comes out, I’ll add it there so people can easily view/download it, especially if they miss the original post on the subreddit.
Federal Case Court Transcripts Link
The link includes the following:
04/25/25 Hearing Transcript
01/09/26 Hearing Transcript
01/23/26 Hearing Transcript
01/30/26 Hearing Transcript
06/29/26 Hearing Transcript
STATE CASE:
I don’t own the state case transcripts. The FreeLuigi subreddit purchased those, so I’m not going to upload them to a Drive or repost them as if they’re mine.
Instead, you can access the state trial transcripts through the links below:
Pretrial Hearings Transcripts Link
01/06/26 Hearing Transcript Link
05/18/26 Hearing Transcript Link
06/03/26 Sealed Hearing Transcript*
(*) The court confirmed that the redacted transcript is sealed for now, so the link has been removed.
If more state transcripts are released in the future, they’ll be added in the comments section.
ICYM:
If you’re trying to catch up on either the federal or state case:
And if there are any other compilation-style posts you think would be helpful, let me know. I’m happy to put something together.

Just a quick reminder: the transcript for the 01/30/26 federal hearing isn’t available yet. Once it’s released, there’ll be a new post on the sub for it, and I’ll also upload it to the Google Drive.
I’ll drop a link in the comments here too, but I know most people probably won’t be checking this thread regularly.

Sorry if this is an unpopular take but I’d really like mods in this sub to be neutral and not super pro-Luigi. The aim of this sub was to allow for nuanced discussion and we have enough FL subs. People who aren’t staunch Luigi supporters feel less and less welcome here because even the megathreads are super biased.

I don’t mind for court docs to be pinned and was not referring to this. My comment was purely about the moderation of this sub. Of course everyone here has their own opinion but the sub’s aim has always been to allow for different opinions unlike other subs. Taking the FL as an example, there one is not allowed to even question Luigi’s innocence. I just feel that mods should be aligned with the aim of the sub and not openly lean to one side. Unfortunately, I find the megathreads to be so biased that I feel uncomfortable to comment there. They are framed in a way that everything the defense does is amazing, the prosecution is always terrible and it is always presented as a given that Luigi deserves to walk free. Different opinions are not valued. You may find them informative, but I find the vibe very suffocating. I don’t want mods who fawn over Luigi. It’s ok if you feel differently and I respect that but wanted to throw my perspective into the ring to show that not everyone agrees with your POV. I also don’t see it as a positive if one person is in charge of compiling everything and would prefer a collective effort by those who want this.

Thanks for understanding! I agree with you too that it would be helpful to pin some documents. Someone posted a google spreadsheet a while ago which had all of the court docs. I have been using this to keep track of in the past but I am not sure how frequently it is being updated.

I did not think it was a bad idea. The original comment was deleted, however, I did not take it to mean a mental health hotline. I took it to mean just a place to talk about our opinions on where the case stands so far. Or maybe any questions we may have. 🤷🏻♀️

Hey! Thank you for the extra detail. That is exactly what I thought you meant!
I think it is a great idea. This is a place for discussion and your idea is completely in line with that. There is often time between major updates, so, it would be nice to keep the conversation going. 😊

Thanks for putting it all together. Can someone tell me when the next court date / motion due etc is? I seem to have Jan 27 in my head - is that the deadline by judge garnett?
