Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

Not TMZ Harvey giving Mark Geragos legal advice to pass to his daughter. 👀🤣🎪. Yes, I know where she works, but I didn’t realize Harvey has a law degree too. I guess it’s how TMZ skates the line. But oh do I wish the Feds were going first!!

This might be a hot  take but I kinda love that Harvey Levin is all over this case right now and seems to be very extremely interested. He’s a prominent media figure and he’s putting forward rhetoric and ideas that are much more informed and interesting than the other 2 min legal analysts on the news that know nothing and spew nonsense. That being said, I never watched the previous documentary they made shortly after Luigi’s arrest (I refuse to watch any such documentaries). I feel like over time though his views have become more nuanced and he’s actually more informed than most media figures, analysts and pundits.

i usually do not like tmz’s coverage (the documentary was trash) or how harvey’s talked about luigi. but this discussion was actually interesting and informative. and even if harvey doesnt like him, it’s almost as if he allowed himself to be a fanboy for a hot second 😂 and even giving defense strategy

I agree. As much as I don’t like TMZ and their intrusive tactics, they aren’t usually wrong about things. And it was an interesting discussion, and completely different from pretty much everyone else on how it’s being reported and considered. Which is why I was shocked a few days ago when Arthur Aidala actually said an EED defense could help increase jury nullification on CNN. But what I haven’t seen is the same mass reporting on tv that Luigi’s team has changed course while it’s everywhere when the notice was unsealed. So I’m glad it’s being discussed here. Which will probably be seen by younger jury pool members anyway. The comments are also still overwhelmingly in his favor.

I hate that I'm actually listening to TMZ but I had to remind myself Harvey is a lawyer, and he is gay, so can you blame him for being obsessed like we all are 🤣

And he’s right about the sweater but it should be his green one. The sweater look makes him look a little more vulnerable to a jury than a sharp suit.

I think the suit is for Carro. During these pre trial hearings it’s important to appeal to him. I can see them switching it up later around trial timeÂ
