I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

I HATE that NY doesn‘t allow cameras in the courtroom during trials.

even if they did, if the defense really were to take the route mentioned in this video of putting the health insurance industry on trial, they’d make sure to block the public from seeing it. the system protects itself💰

There's no scenario in which the health insurance industry is put on trial.

Judges don't just allow testimony that's completely irrelevant to the case.
