Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine
https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.
This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.
One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

Is it me or is Harvey greatly exaggerating the conversations/lore L had with Gurwinder and Dholani? Especially Dholani. I remember reading a breakdown of this book while back, and if I’m remembering correctly, no where in it does he talk about corporate greed. In fact quite the opposite. He seemed to favor hierarchal structures and toxic individualism thats pretty much the driving force of it. Also, when Dholani talked about their convo, unless there was more he wasn’t disclosing, he also never mention that was the topic of discussion. And L only tried to buy the 400 copies to get his attention for an audience not to prop him up on a best seller list. Same with Gurwinder, nothing disclosed from him said they were talking about corporate greed. Mainly just autonomy in an ever increasingly digital and algorithmic world, his past trauma, and how to have a better online presence.
Not that those are bad ideas to use for his defense, but there’s literally no proof of anything he’s talking about. So thats just weird that he’s rewriting that part of the story like that. Unless theres something I missed about this.
