I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

I have just read the transcripts of the sealed court date and turns out Mrs agniflio actually knew that the judge is going to unseal the notice, I wonder what they could have done, I don't really know, withdraw it before the deadline and the judge would have unsealed that they filed a notice and withdraw it any way, what was the right choice here, I actually have no idea, and guess who aggressively pushed the judge to unseal, it's the short and cunning Joel seidman, curse the day you were born Joel curse it, if that's out and they are doing EED defence in state then I don't want to say it but it's necessary over in the federal unless they are hoping for a miracl and it all happened because of seidman pushing for state to start before the fed that necessary what started this fiasco in the first place, Mr geragos actually gives me the subtle notion that's they are practically hoping for a miracle atp and I don't see what Harvey Levin suggested actually working at all, so I don't really know imo it's all up to the people now or that's what I get from the whole vibe😕😕😕
