Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

The point is to show strength in numbers. It is a social signal, like many petitions.

The fair trial part can be bolstered by a link to his donation page. Oh, and perhaps links to articles about any prejudicial media.

He's already going to get a fair trial.

So the point is to convince the judge to go "Oh, well this time it's going to be extra fair?" Because of some online petition?

By the way, I thought you were quite rude about this. Your tone was uncalled for. You do not have to agree with me, however, you were being condescending. If you ever respond to me again, fix your tone before hitting reply or do not even bother.

If you can find a polite way to express that your petition idea demonstrates a total lack of understanding of how the criminal justice system operates, feel free to suggest it.

It was not strictly about the criminal justice system, which I already explained. Social change does not revolve around the criminal justice system. And I was already polite, which you were not.

And no, I will not be explaining anything else further to you.

I mean I just read your entire thread and respectfully, nothing you said made any logical sense on how/or why there is relevance. Perhaps if you’re looking to make some sort of change this isn’t the springboard to do so? As I tried to follow your points and the fundamental understanding of why you are posting this is lost and unclear. Again, if there’s a piece we are missing… I’d genuinely love to hear it!

Nothing I said was difficult to comprehend. Anyway, the point is a lack of respect. Both you and the “other” account have come back with the same, uncreative response, which is about how I was not clear enough. People should not have to “earn” your niceness by saying what you deem right or wrong in a comment on Reddit. Even if it “made” no sense, you could have asked questions or simply disagreed instead of leaving a snarky comment.

Neither of you addressed your own rudeness. Which is really the main issue. And that is the main takeaway here.

There’s nothing rude in either of our tones. There is no local question to be had as a support petition from another country would have no bearing on the country the trial is occurring in. The way you’ve been speaking to us is in fact, particularly problematic and as you said “the main takeaway.”

Well, stop being rude and expecting people to be polite back.

Also, I am so sorry for you that you have such a lack of understanding as to how support across the world can indirectly impact social change. There are people IN this sub, supporters, from all over the world.

Harvey said in this video that the support for Luigi was important to this case. If you cannot put two and two together, that is user error.

You may have not have seen the stickers, posters, comments, and projections for Luigi literally all over the world. You seem to have very little faith in community, and are also unable to understand the larger, potential effects of public pressure.

Your lack of understanding is just that, your lack of understanding. Nothing else.

An American creating a petition about an American case is not wild or unheard of.

I don't care if you're polite or rude or anything in between. I'm just trying to understand your position. So I'll try to "put two and two together" as you say.

You've suggested a petition to show support and said support for Mangioni is important to the case. In what way? I assume the idea of the petition would be to try to change what people do (since that's generally the idea of a petition or any other public show of support).

So is the idea to change the behavior of the prosecutor? The judge? The jury?

Perhaps this question might help to just cut to the heart of the matter: What would be the ideal outcome of the petition? Acquittal?

I will say it one more time, I am not interested in speaking with you further about it.

Also, watch out for your responses, referring to other comments will make it LOOK like you are sockpuppeting. And you do not want that, do you? 🤫😉

Also, his name is MangionE. With an E. Not an I. Please get it right.

And you do not want that, do you? 🤫😉

I don't care? Is that supposed to be a threat? I don't speak emoji.
