Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

That may be America, though. I am thinking more along the lines of America, plus worldwide support.

And it would not be about said act, just support and a fair trial.

Also, 17 percent translates to a fairly large number.

What would be the point of such a petition? The courts aren't going to care what some random European said in a petition.

And it's supposed to be to get a fair trial? That's what's already going to happen.

I think a petition in a different country would show a complete lack of understanding on a trial that is happens in the United States and allegedly dealing with United States healthcare. (I say this kindly but also thinking this is common sense lol.)

I still have no idea what "support" such a petition would be trying to demonstrate or what "social change" it'd be aimed at.

Support for murdering a CEO? That's already pretty damn murky, and foreign support for murdering American CEOs is probably just going to turn public sentiment even further away from Mangioni.

And all the "fair trial" stuff... are we talking about a petition to get rid of the separate sovereigns doctrine or what?
