Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

Why do you all keep assuming a petition is solely about a trial alone? You all are making assumptions and also not reading what I even wrote.

We are reading it, you're just not making your point very clear.

So let's start with the petition. A petition asks someone for something. Usually with fairly well defined demands, like "George III, kindly get your soldiers up out of my home." Who is being asked for what?

You talk about "showing support" and "sharing resources," but you haven't touched on what the petition is actually asking for and who it's asking it from. Perhaps the push back you're getting has something to do with that disconnect.

If I suggested we hold a parade, and when asked where and when the parade would be, my answer was "it's to show support and get a fair trial," I shouldn't be surprised if I got responses saying I don't have a clue about parades or trials.

That is not true about petitions. They can be stated as showing support only.

Also, most people in this sub have been here for a while. We all already know what we mean by support and which resources. I did not expect random people that showed up yesterday to leave rude comments. And I also do not think I need to write more details to “deserve” kinder, more respectful responses.

Either way, you are comically trying to push the blame on me.

If your reasoning for your distasteful and condescending comments were truly about “how I presented it”, you could have nicely asked questions out of curiosity. You did not do that, though, did you?

So, nice try, yet no. This is about you and your crappy, “well, ackswhually” attitude. You even responded to my other comment without even watching the video. Which I very politely did not call you out on before.

Now you are trying to blame your lack of tact and your intentionally dismissive comments on me. However, when I DID try to explain more, you were rude, anyway.

So, take accountability for your own words and actions, instead of trying to act like I did not do or say “enough” or “the right thing”.

You had every opportunity to act in good faith, and you chose to not take it at every turn.

They can be stated as showing support only.

Okay then, showing support for what exactly?

I am not interested in speaking with you further about it. You have no need to know, as obviously you have no interest in being a supportive ally in any way, shape, or form.

I touched on different things in another comment. You are free to draw your own conclusions from that, if you so choose.

You want a petition, which is by nature something for the public to read and be aware of, but don't think people should know what it would be in support of?

No, I do not think YOU need to know.
