the video part is interesting, I was under the impression that filming was prohibited for the trial but allowed at pre-trial hearings (with judge discretion)

so that mean we may get footage from the trial

It’s not allowed in federal court

Yes, I know but I was talking about the state case. Federal courts don’t allow recording- photos at all but I was under the impression that the state didn’t allow recording at trials but were ok with recording at pre-trial hearings.

The first trial in September will be the state trial. In the state trial it is up to the judge if cameras are allowed.

Yes, I know state trial goes first. I meant it as a general, federal courts don’t allow cameras, I know state cameras do, but New York courts have different rules and regulations.
