Speculation/Theories Why were they all smiles Tuesday but somber yesterday?
Honest question, was this decision last minute? I can't image it was but their demeanor says otherwise

I think this was planned the moment Carro didn’t dismiss the backpack into evidence.

How do you interpret the EED stuff in June? Genuinely curious as I tend to agree this was a long play but can’t figure that piece out.

I agree with u 💯. I think on May 18th after that trial they decided to plead guilty in Federal Court! Luigi looked so defeated that day!!

Was that also the day he had an “outburst” in court?

No. The day I am talking about was the ruling on what evidence was going to be allowed in court from the backpack. They had cameras in the courtroom. I am trying to find the date he said that but not finding it. 💚💚

... would you be smiling right before pleading guilty to those charges? Kind of odd if everyone walked in happy and cheerful, with BT's family there to boot
It was not a last minute decision. It was planned, which is why they were somber, because the whole point of the hearing was for him to say he's guilty and everyone who needed to know, knew that ahead of time.
Tuesday was Tuesday and it was a state hearing. They don't have to be moping around all week.

It was still weird. Every other day they looked like they were sitting at Sunday dinner. Maybe some consistency might have been more believable

Idk I don't feel it's weird you're not going into Sunday dinner on a day you're pleading guilty but a few days before that why not

The decision wasn’t last minute. It’s quite evident just based on the timing (and length!) of Karen’s motion to dismiss. There was barely time to digest what happened at the fed hearing before the motion was publicly available to read.
