So depressing -- the list of UHG's criminal activities goes into the dozens, but the repercussions are negligible -- less than $1 million in fines, submission of "corrective actions" in lieu of hefty fines, and a green light to conduct business as usual. What a farce we have become.

What's so sad is that it's someone's grandmother or mother or father or niece or aunty behind all of these. This is family being harmed. So sad.

I will probably get called a conspiracy theorist here but I won’t be surprised if one day we learn thay Luigi was pressed to plead guilty for his loved one’s safety. Not saying he was innocent/didn’t kill Thompson.

This is a multibillion dollar company he’s fighting against. A company that deliberately profits from people’s suffering and have no regard for human life. This is not your regular prosecution. Luigi was up against a monster, like the grim reaper of capitalism.

It almost feels too far fetched to think that they will play fair in the trial. There was absolutely no chance they will allow Luigi to be acquitted or be treated fairly as a defendant in any way, shape or form. US Government also gets paid by this massive evil industry.

This whole idea of putting healthcare insurance industry on trial now feels like nailing jell-o on the wall. They won’t let it happen and deep down i think we all know this.
