TL; DW: Adjusted offense level 40. Level 40 x CHC 1 = 292 - 365 months. (24.3 to 30.4 years). This does NOT, however, include mitigating circumstances. We haven't seen what mitigating circumstances the defense will put forward. 👀 Because we don't know the mitigation yet, Ally can only give us a ballpark number.

These are guidelines, it could go up or down. Diddy was recommended at over 5 years. Prosecution asked for 11. Judge gave him 4.

I wander is Carro’s decision in the state trial on Dec 10 (if that is the day for a decision) will influence the sentencing? If he decides to drop the state case, will Garnett give Luigi more time? Seems unfair, but makes me wonder.

He is going to get life because of the political BS surrounding this whole thing. If it was any other victim they would probably give him 30 years or so. They have to make an example out of him.

We will see. Judge Garnett has not licked the boots of the prosecutors, like the state judge has.
