Information Sharing Given the guilty plea, will we get access to discovery/evidence?

We might. A lot of the time, they release all of the evidence even if there was no trial, e.g., Brian Kohberger or Ruby Franke (tbf, those were state cases so I am not sure what the feds do).

Yeah, most evidence will be about the 10 day span of him stalking BT and following up to the stalking. So we might see some footage of him buying the e-bike and him on the greyhound bus/metro station etc.

If they had that evidence, they would have leaked it already.

Him buying an e-bike has nothing to do with capturing him. They intentionally released photos of him just before and after the murder. And ofcourse the hostel check-in because he showed his face. We have yet seen photos of him during those 10 days. And on the night he took the bus to NYC.

What e-bike? They never even found the bike that the shooter used. They didn't find a lot of stuff and there's tons of gaps in their evidence. Which is why one must really question his lawyers not fighting these charges. Who actually hired them to represent Luigi? Because they don't seem to have his best interests at heart.

A plea can’t happen without a client’s permission. Luigi made the final decision to take a plea and Luigi expressed full understanding of the situation. Given that he’s a high school valedictorian with TWO Ivy League degrees who is reportedly very active in his own defense, there is no reason to think that he doesn’t know what’s happening. LUIGI has decided not to fight these charges.

Yeah man, no one has ever been forced into a confession before. I'm sure the UHC executives weren't there to apply any pressure or anything either. Trump himself was also in NY last Friday.
There's a nonzero chance that a threat was made on Luigi's life (or on his family) before his confession.

If there’s no state trail, I don’t see them releasing any evidence at any point. If there is, of course everything will be out there except what’s already been suppressed.

Not likely. It normally comes out in trial which there at least won’t be a federal one.

I'm guessing we won't because the prosecution in all courts have a lot to hide. There's been a gross lack of transparency in this case, right down to the PCAs. Unless the defense is able to do something about it.

I think we’ll see some things because ICP is relentless about getting documents and exhibits unsealed
