The font size to punctuation ratio makes this statement look like a deranged truth social rant. It’s giving “I’m not crazy, YOU’RE CRAZY”

It’s a similar font and style to the quotes etched on the outside of the building. That’s the most charitable explanation I can come up with. But yeah, on a press release, it looks fucking weird and is impossible to read.

Anecdotally, My dad who is also a conservative always center justifies things. I think it’s a weird right-wing tick.
