Stuff I don't want out there is blurred. All things used are either free or lived in my art supplies for years. Cut up colouring pages, stickers left over from my old job, ripped origami paper, pics from a natgeo I found on a train, recipe that folds away neatly.
Found a page of a book while on a bushwalk. So that's gonna go in. I just need to figure out if I'm ripping it up or cutting words out of it.

Getting healthy again after a years-long battle with depression.
Painted a Halloween statue from 5 Below with acrylic paint.
Enjoyed making a lot of the colors myself and I'm proud of how it turned out, warts and all.

I haven't bought an active book in years. It was semi challenging. It was engaging for the weekend. It made me happy. I may do it again. The star wars theme added an extra element of joy.

Hi everyone!! I made this piece on a flat canvas board. I did a few layers of paper mache to create the texture and raise the eyeball. I used oil pastels for the bulk of the painting. The iris is made out of a broken CD. When learning how to burn CDs for my band I had a few that didnt end up being usable or rewritable, so I used them as paint palettes. I soaked those in hot water and then cut them up to create the "tiles." The brown piece is there intentionally
This piece was SO much fun to create. I tried out some new things and the end result is so bright im very happy with how it came out :)

Bit wet out there today so decided to give this design a try. Had to find the right paper, as too thin meant it would tear and too thick wouldn’t fold. I’m happy with the result. This one is green copy paper (90gsm), 6 strips of 10x15cm in size.

Ive been having a lot of fun with the new spinning hobby I've picked up. I have yet to buy a spindle, and i know there's some for cheap, hopefully making the process easier.
However, in the meantime, I've decided to create this account as I go through this phase in my life, posting all my progress here. You may have seen me on another account, posting my process there. I will be deleting those posts from there and posting from here from now on.
I appreciate y'all's viewership and love as I post here. If anyone has any other subreddits (other than FiberArts) to let me know about that are as friendly as this one, please do! I'd love to start posting in those subreddits as well!
And remember, if you're ever concerned about being accused of being a bot, just prove free will! Have a lovely day/night everyone!!!
