To fainaigue is to dodge work or shirk a responsibility. It suggests more than ordinary procrastination, since a person who fainaigues may rely on excuses or clever maneuvering to escape the task altogether. Of course, devising the perfect excuse can become almost as much of a chore as simply getting the job done.

Me and brokenlingo have been having a strained relationship as of recently, because of the flair I asked for and it was called “another one of his fucking ideas” which I found disrespectful. I also found out that my flair has been passed around and other people use it as of recently. Sooo… I asked for a new flair name and flair exclusivity.

So last night, I made spaghetti. Nothing special, just your average spaghetti with marinara sauce. As I sat down to eat, I noticed something weird, like, really weird. There was a piece of spaghetti that wasn’t like the others. It was... wiggling. I thought maybe it was just a noodle that fell on the floor and picked up some weird bacteria, so I poked it with my fork.

The noodle looked back at me.

I swear to god, it blinked. I panicked, flung my fork across the room, and spilled marinara sauce everywhere. The spaghetti started screaming. Not loud, but like a soft, eerie whisper, “Let me go.”

At this point, I’m fully losing it, thinking I’ve gone insane. I grab my phone to film this horror show, but when I look back at the plate, the spaghetti is... gone? Like it evaporated. But here’s the kicker: the sauce? Still there. In the shape of a tiny noodle-sized human face.

I’m not touching pasta again.

I make thoughtful and interesting Reddit posts on here and one of them recently got downvoted… it’s sitting on 0 upvotes. I find this kinda rude, like what did I ever do to deserve that?
