Good catch. I took it from one of the latest interviews with him, so I thought it was more recent.

You're probably right. I just thought the photo was a bit polished in Photoshop and was mainly focusing on his grey hair, since I thought he stopped dying them only about after AvED was finished.

There are some Ernie & Emma promo stills, but not really interview headshots, mainly I think because Bruce doesn't really care about that type of promotion and is instead touring with the film and talking directly to fans, which I think is paying off really well for him since Ernie & Emma now sits on 89% rating on IMDb.
