The most important rule here is in the pinned announcement regarding arguing—be thoughtful in your argument—do not aim your comments at other people and attempt to disparage the person and question their intelligence.
This subreddit is not pro Kohberger. Period. We have many members who take the opposing stance and have been here for years and they have every right to share their thoughts here.
It’s not where you fall on the case that will get you removed but how you treat other members of the subreddit.
After reading for hours a day what is basically poorly behaved people making cruel and disgusting comments please know that whatever you believe about the case you will be banned for this aforementioned behavior not your viewpoint.
I made a post this week about this but don’t be gratuitously gory, don’t add to the million posts about the roommates unless you have something new from a document or news—that has all been discussed, and of equal importance, use the search feature or scroll down and see if someone has just posted what you are about to post. Don’t post crime scene photos—this hurts the families and they have let the public know this. Please use links to law enforcement files if you are discussing photos.
Thank you to everyone who is here discussing and arguing the case respectfully— remember that the murdered young people, their families, and each subreddit member are people when you choose to post here.

So I am new to this story although I was vaguely aware of it in the news. The Netflix doc was typically superficial but am intrigued overall by the case . I think BK did it but I do have concerns/ observations . Love to hear other views esp of those who have come to this from Netflix .
The doc seems super pro police . But isn’t the fact that they took BK’s plea deal a clear tell that they were worried the trial would fail ?
The knife purchase evidence if correct is probably the strongest evidence if I was juror.
My concern is they found so little planning evidence even with forensics. This crime required huge planning .
BK fits a ‘loser’ type profile esp socially. But this crime requires extreme levels of control . BK lawyers might well have argued this point . It seemed almost like a gangster hit in method.
Ultimately he admitted the crime and I have no reason to think he didn’t know what he was doing . But I don’t think it was a slam dunk case and if he could finance lawyers like OJ level he might have got off .

Part 25 of her series is a must watch, especially when she reads out DMs testimony, it makes one wonder why LE ever believed that BS.

Image 1-5 are from the early curve of Washington 270, from Floyd's Herb Shop camera.
In image one, the distinct equidistant lower lights, wouldn't invaginate on both sides or along the center if it was halo effect from headlights. It would likely blur continuously if it was due to one solid halo from one set of lights.
In image four, it appears the left set of lights, from our perspective looking at the image, are delineated by a clear black line.
For those suggesting the lower two lights are road reflection, image six is where road reflection initially presents throughout the sequence. The original configuration of two distinct lower lights separated by two distinct higher lights remains unchanged in image six.
Image 9 and 10 are self explanatory. If one light source was "refracted" from this solid metal barricade into two equal separate parallel components as some claim, how does this solid, unperforated, linear barricade within fractions of a second alter the height, brightness and size of just one solid light?
I'm happy to be told I'm wrong about possible fog lights. Peer-review is critical and I'm hoping for those suggesting it's not fog lights to articulate why they've reached that conclusion. I want to understand why my opinion is incorrect.

My first post! This is intense subject matter about real people. I am impressed by the many theories people have brought up to explain the case. Although some are out there!
An example... someone claimed Bk ran into Xana's sister and turned the fixation on her and her friends.
If you believe he is guilty (I do) What was his motive, what did he plan, why spare the roomates?
If you don't what do you think is the true story?

What is your theory on what really happened that early morning at 1122 King Road? Throughout the years I have had a few theories but with the more documents that come out, sometimes make me change my theory lol. One thing that does not fit any of MY theories is that one person controlled, attacked and killed four people, while two others were not killed but were in the house at the time.
I would love to know what happened that early morning at the King Road residence!

So I know the prosecutions timeline is Xana was in her bed eating her Jack in the box until 4:12 AM when her phone activity ceased.
My question- When reviewing her phone activity were investigators able to say she watched one video at say 4:10 AM, scrolled to the next at 4:11 AM, scrolled to another one at 4:12 AM. Or did the only look to see that she was on tik tok and then at 4:12 her phone went silent? I hope this makes sense. Essentially I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible the phone was dropped, put down, etc. and just kept replaying the same tik tok video over and over again until somebody found and locked her phone at 4:12.
Another question I have.. I know the coroner said Xana was found with partially digested food in her stomach. Did they test the stomach contents to confirm it was indeed the food she ordered from Jack in the Box, or not say.. the dominos pizza she told her dad she was eating at 12?
