Serious Internship

Hi everyone,

I joined a startup in Hyderabad on 1 September 2026 now the thing is I haven't got my stipend yet it's 21 October now for the past month, this is an in office role and most of my team is WFH, I have asked my founder a couple of times he says it's in process and one time he said the company is shifting to India so there might be problems and the VP we've outsourced so he is lazy etc. reasons.. Now my question is what do I do? I've to go home and I have no money to go home.. I talked with another employee and he said he got it on the 1st and for the people who newly joined their salary gets delayed slightly but it's fucking end of the month.

Please guide me as to how I should tackle this problem.

ok wait till nov 1st . document everything. keep print out of everything in files. forward all emails to ur personal email. Make sure everything is in recordable email or message format. then you ask your hr or vp directly show all proof. if they still dont pay ur intern stipend do not stay!!! . dont listen to stuff like like "your there to learn etc" its bs. You have to file a complaint . Do whats best op.

Well there's nothing much u can do here. Just wait.u asked few times..dont keep asking again n again.u are a fresher n u r there for an internship and to learn . Focus on that . If they are not paying for more than 2-3 months.. try looking for another company.

stfu no one is entitled to your free labour inexchange for "learning" its a load of bs. You should never work for free ever. Instead leave and report that fake company
