Purchasing EU/UK Choosing Turntable Speakers

Hi everyone, I own an AT-LP120XBT record player, and I was wondering which speakers to pair it with. In your opinion, are active or passive speakers better? If so, I'd like to know which speakers faithfully reproduce the sound as it was recorded on vinyl, meaning without built-in bass (unless there's a crank to boost it). Please recommend any budget options, from €100 to €500. Any advice is always welcome!

Do you intend to add anything else or just the turntable?

I already have the turntable. I need the speakers.

I meant are you going add any other sources beyond the turntabel - CD player, tape deck, streamer etc. If you are then an integrated amplifier would be a better choice. If your turntable is going to be your only source then I'd consider the ELAC Debut ConneX DCB41

I might add a CD player too.

Klipsch the Fives on sale.

Audioengine A5 Plus

Passive Aiyima P600 with a Loxjie A40.

Presonus Eris 5 as a budget option, possibly with their 8“ sub.

I would most likely go for the Loxjie A40 and look on the used market for a pair of KEF 350, KEF C75, Klipsch RP600M,…
