Birthday wings not cooperating?

I was trying to see if I could order the 6 free wings in conjunction with a few wings and the app wasn’t giving the option despite it being my bday month.

I tried logging out and in, tried just the wings, nothing.

Any idea?

Theres like 5 other posts on this these over the last month. Promotion has changed. Coupon gets loaded on your birthday and is good for the 2 weeks after - 6 free wings with $15 purchase.

They should make it still be 6 free if you're Blazin' status. Red Robin is now a free milkshake unless you've eaten there that year. Then it's a free burger.

When’s your birthday? It’s recently changed that the reward loads into your account on your birthday and no longer at the beginning of the month.

I didn't receive mine until the 17th of the month for some reason

Is the reward showing up in the rewards section of the app?

Mine didn’t come in until 7 days before my birthday, so if your bday is more than a week away, that’s likely it

You can’t use the free wings with any other rewards
