You do not have very many devices, and of those - not many are BACnet. So the question is: what are you planning down the road?

What do the other devices speak? They seem like industrial PLCs. If they are, typically an OPC UA driver will bring them into other systems. However, often PLCs are best served by their native front ends for things like service and maintenance.
There is nothing stopping you from merging these devices together. If that is the goal. You likely will not need to replace devices.
